A workspace contains folders, projects, notepads, and people lists.

There are two types of workspaces: 

  1.  the local workspace that you can use for your personal project and you can save the data on a local folder or cloud service of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud drive).  
  2.  the online workspace where you can use just for your personal project and to sync on the mobile app or you can use with your team, to share kanban, notes, task list with the members of your team and work together.
